2.1 By submitting an audition application, you acknowledge that participation does not guarantee selection or further opportunities. 2.2 Eulogia’s Studio LLC may conduct auditions directly or in partnership with other agencies.

3.1 By participating in the audition, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all audition materials, processes, communications, and related content. 3.2 If you are selected to proceed to the next stage, you will be required to sign a formal NDA covering the entirety of the project. 3.3 You may not share, post, or distribute your audition materials, including recordings, photos, or behind-the-scenes content, in any public or private forum without written permission from Eulogia’s Studio LLC.

4.1 All audition submissions, whether physical, digital, or recorded in any medium, become the sole property of Eulogia’s Studio LLC upon submission and will not be returned. 4.2 Eulogia’s Studio LLC reserves the unrestricted right to store, edit, reproduce, publish, broadcast, license, and otherwise use your audition materials in any format, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation to you. 4.3 Eulogia’s Studio LLC may choose to release or feature audition materials publicly at its discretion.

5.1 Eulogia’s Studio LLC is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or accommodation arrangements related to the audition process unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. 5.2 You acknowledge and accept that participation in the audition process is at your own risk. Eulogia’s Studio LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the audition process, whether occurring on company premises or elsewhere.

6.1 Your personal data, including contact details and any information submitted as part of your application, will be collected and processed solely for purposes related to the audition process. 6.2 Eulogia’s Studio LLC will not sell or rent your information to third parties without your consent.

7.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. 7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the audition process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
